- Variety Pre-Order Section
We provide pre-order plants by default. The pre-order section is
organized by major orchid types, with a wide variety of orchids
available under each category. Different sizes correspond to different
prices. Please note that the pre-order section is mainly intended for
customers interested in collecting specific varieties. We do not require
suppliers to provide flowering plants; the primary standards are variety
and size.

- How to place an order and what to do after
placing an order?
Customers can only place orders through the website.
On the shopping cart page, before submitting your order, please make
sure you have selected the appropriate region as required. The system
will automatically calculate the tax rate and verify membership status
based on the selected region. If placing an order as a non-member,
please ensure that your email address and contact information are
correctly entered.
Return
- How is the order
confirmation process? How soon after confirming payment? How soon after
payment will I get the plants?
After receiving an order, we will
notify the customer by email for payment (members please ensure the
correct username is submitted when placing the order; non-members please
ensure the correct email address is entered). The order becomes official
once payment is received and will then enter the processing stage.
For in-stock plants, we will arrange shipping or local pickup after
payment is confirmed. For pre-order plants, we will include the ordered
plants in the next import batch. Processing time is 1–3 weeks in spring
and summer, and 2–6 weeks in other seasons.
Return
- How to pay?
We are a company registered in
Florida, USA. We accept payment via Zelle
and Credit/Debit Card. Since we mainly handle pre-order plants, we
generally do not accept cash on delivery or cash payments.
Return
- How is the order modification and
cancellation process?
After submitting an order, if you need
to make changes or cancel, please contact us first to confirm whether
the pre-ordered plants have already entered the export process in Asia.
If our Asian warehouse has already completed picking and started
processing export documents, the order cannot be canceled or modified.
Otherwise, changes or cancellations are allowed.
If the order has entered the export process but the customer requests a
modification or cancellation for personal reasons, we will charge 30% of
the post-tax value of the abandoned plants as a handling fee.
Return
- What are the plant varieties and pricing
rules?
We cooperate with multiple orchid
nurseries in Asia. Before importing plants, we review and verify each
nursery’s variety inventory, export qualifications, and breeding permits
for endangered species. Once a nursery is confirmed as our supplier, we
set specific quality requirements for them.
Suppliers evaluate plant prices based on factors such as variety, growth
cycle, growth stage, popularity, and rarity.
Our pricing takes into account the cost of the plants themselves,
international shipping, various export and import handling fees, and
local warehousing.
Return
- Do website prices change?
We adjust the prices on our website annually to reflect the latest cost
changes. Once an order is confirmed, its price will not change due to
cost fluctuations.

- How to judge the size of plants?
The plant sizes indicated on the
website represent an assessment of the plants’ growth stage. In general:
BS – Blooming Stage: plants that can flower (mature, will bloom soon, or
have bloomed before).
NBS – Near Blooming Stage: plants that are almost mature and can flower
in about six months to a year.
SS – Seedling/Small Stage: plants still in the growth phase (not yet
mature).
Return
- How about the plant packaging you got?
The plants grow in sphagnum moss or
bark. When importing to the US, the original growing medium is removed
in accordance with the US government regulations.
For flowering plants or those sensitive to root moisture, they are
exported with sphagnum moss and soft pots.
For non-flowering plants, such as Cattleyas, they are imported
bare-root.
Return
- How do you know the size of the
blooms, how do you know if the blooms are scented?
There are too many plant varieties for us to verify individually. Please
consult other orchid enthusiasts or search online for this information.
Return
- What is the quality of the plants?
We supervise plant quality on behalf
of our customers. If a plant is in poor condition, we will care for it
until its condition improves.
If a customer finds that a plant is indeed unhealthy (please refer to
the “Health Issues and After-Sales” section below), please take photos
and send them to us promptly. We will provide a certain observation
period depending on the situation. If a plant dies during this
observation period, we will either replace it with a new plant or issue
a credit equivalent to its value for future use.
Return
- Will there be pests or viruses?
We only work with legitimate orchid nurseries in Asia that have export
qualifications and maintain strict pest and plant virus management. If
any related issues arise, please report them to us promptly, and we will
communicate with the nursery to address them.
Return
- Do orchids have buds?
Different orchid varieties have
different blooming periods. Unless otherwise noted, our imported
pre-order plants are shipped without flowers. Our Asian nurseries may
provide additional care for plants with buds, such as packaging them
individually with sphagnum moss and soft pots.
During export, the original growing medium must be removed and the
plants repackaged. After import and transportation, there is a certain
chance that buds may be affected and fail to bloom. In such cases, we
ask for our customers’ understanding.
Return
- Why is the plant I got not perfect?
Each plant is unique. Under the premise of quality assurance, plants can
quickly recover after transport with proper care. If you encounter any
quality issues, please contact us at any time for return or replacement
arrangements.

Common Health Problem Handling and After-sales
- Opened the moss and find that the roots are
not good (common)
For most orchids originally grown in
sphagnum moss or bark, after removing them from their pots and
repackaging, minor root injuries may cause blackening or root death—this
is very common.
In general:
Cymbidiums, Oncidium and Dendrobiums usually show normal root
performance.
Phalaenopsis roots may experience breakage and infection.
Cattleyas typically require discarding most of the original roots and
regrowing new ones.
For more details, please refer to the “Imported Plants” section in the
catalog.
Return
- Spots on leaves (common)
Purple-red spots on leaves or
pseudobulbs are a normal response to light and are related to the plant
variety.
Black spots on leaves may be caused by:
Growing conditions (high humidity, previous mold exposure)
Previous bacterial infection
Treatment / Handling:
If the spots are not spreading and only affect appearance without
harming plant health, no action is needed.
Minor cases do not need to be reported to us.
(Applies to Oncidium, Cattleyas, etc.)
Return
- Plant pseudobulbs with black patches (very
rare)
For Cattleyas and similar
varieties, black patches—either glossy or matte—may appear after healing
from external injuries.
Treatment / Handling:
As long as the wound is not soft or rotting and only affects appearance
without harming plant health, no action is needed.
Minor cases do not need to be reported to us.
(Applies to Cattleyas and similar varieties)
Return
- Frostbite (very rare)
Frost damage may occur 3–7 days after
plants arrive in winter. It appears as large areas of leaves or
pseudobulbs turning dry or black, or leaves showing scars of varying
depth.
Treatment / Handling:
Wait 7–10 days for the frost-damaged areas to stabilize, then remove the
affected parts.
This should be reported to us. We will provide a partial discount or
replacement depending on the severity of the frost damage.
(Applies to all orchid varieties)
Return
- Bare-rooted plants with
yellow leaves and dry leaves (rare)
If the bare root plants are not handled in time after they
arrive, the roots will be too dry for more than 12 hours, and the plants
will lose water, resulting in yellow pages and black leaves.
Suggestion: pot in time and keep it slightly damp. After it is stable,
subtract the dry leaves of yellow pages.
No need to report to us.
(Adapted to Cymbidium, etc.)
Return
- Yellowing and falling of outer leaves
(common)
If bare-root plants are not handled
promptly after arrival and the roots dry out for more than 12 hours, the
plant may lose water, causing yellow leaves or blackened foliage.
Treatment / Handling:
Pot the plants promptly and keep them slightly moist.
Once stabilized, remove the yellow or dried leaves.
This does not need to be reported to us.
(Applies to Cymbidiums and similar varieties)
Return
- Plants bud off, pedicels turn yellow
and dry (common)
After bare-root plants are repackaged
and transported, external leaves may yellow prematurely due to
temperature changes, repotting, and other factors.
Treatment / Handling:
This is a normal phenomenon; just continue regular care.
There is no need to report this to us.
(Applies to Phalaenopsis, Cymbidiums, and similar varieties)
