Shipping
USA-wide shipping is available via the commercial carrier.
- We will guarantee that all customers receive healthy plants from us, we
will choose which courier plan to use to ship the plants based on our
experience.

Winter Shipping Standard: The minimum temperature at
both the shipping origin and the customer’s location must not be lower than
-5°C.
If the customer's area is very cold in winter, we will wait for suitable
warm weather to deliver the plants to the customer;
- We can hold no more than 14 days since the date of the order confirmed
if customer want us delay ship out the plants;
- We are not responsible for any delay
shipping, mishandling or shipping losses,
shipping damage caused by
the courier;
- We are not responsible for the loss of parcels after the
courier delivers them to the customer's address because the customer does
not pick them up in time. If the customer's area may be lost, please inform
us to request a courier signature service (which may incur additional
courier charges) and ensure that the courier delivers to the corresponding
address in time to sign for it.
- During transportation, leaf damage, shedding of old
leaves, and yellowing are considered normal. Most plants are shipped
bare-root. If necessary, we use moss to keep the roots moist.

Shipping box will not include the soil and pots, in order to avoid the
leaves being hurt by heavy items.

If buyers think any plant is not health, please report it in 72
hours after receive it, with pictures of plant, we will assess the plant and
give you a 25%-100% credit or plant replacement solution. We will not
provide additional guarantee after 72 hrs.
- If any loss occurs, we will discuss the details with the
customer and discuss with the customer as much as possible to make up for
the loss. This requires the customer to have a discussion with us based on
mutual understanding and respect.
