U.S. Domestic Shipping Policy
We ship live plants to most locations within the
United States using commercial shipping carriers.
Standard Shipping
For orders under $150,
our standard shipping method is USPS Priority Mail,
with a flat shipping rate of $25.
Expedited Shipping
A flat shipping rate of $50
will apply when FedEx Overnight or FedEx 2Day
service is required. Expedited shipping may be used under the following
circumstances:
- Orders over $150;
- During the summer months (June–September)
when USPS is unable to provide delivery within approximately two days; or
- During the winter months (November–March)
when USPS is unable to provide delivery within approximately two days.
We will determine the most appropriate shipping
service based on the order value, destination, weather conditions, and estimated
transit time.
Weather Protection
During periods of exceptionally hot or cold
weather, we may add additional insulation or protective packaging to help
minimize temperature-related stress during transit.
A tracking number
will be provided once your order has been shipped.
Live Arrival Guarantee
Please inspect your plants
immediately upon delivery.
If you believe a plant has arrived in poor
condition, please take clear photos of the plant and packaging and contact us
within 72 hours of delivery. We will
review the situation and, depending on the circumstances, may offer a
refund or replacement.
Claims submitted more than
72 hours after delivery will not be accepted.
Lost Packages
MagicOasis is not responsible for packages lost
while in transit by the shipping carrier.
However, as a courtesy to our customers, if a
package is confirmed lost in transit, we offer the following two options:
- Purchase replacement plants at 50% off the
original order value; or
- Receive store credit equal to 50% of the
original order value, which may be applied toward a
future purchase.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to
Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or certain other restricted areas.
Shipping availability may vary depending on the
destination, carrier service limitations, agricultural regulations, or other
logistical considerations.
If we are unable to ship to your address, we will contact you and
arrange for an appropriate solution.
