We ship live plants throughout the United
States via commercial carriers.
Summer Shipping
Policy
From
mid-June through mid-September, due to high temperatures, live plant
orders shipped from Miami may require
FedEx 2Day or FedEx Overnight
service to ensure plant safety.
During cooler months, we generally ship via
USPS Priority Mail, depending
on weather conditions at the destination.
If extreme heat or freezing temperatures may
put plants at risk, we reserve the right to delay shipment until weather
conditions improve.
Standard Shipping
Orders are shipped via
USPS Priority Mail, and a
tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.
Shipping & handling: $25 USD per shipping address.
Weather-Protected
Shipping
During periods of unusually hot or cold
weather, we may add extra insulation and upgrade the shipment to
FedEx 2Day or
FedEx Overnight service to
better protect your plants.
A tracking number will be provided after
shipment.
Shipping & handling: $50 USD per shipping address.
Live Arrival
Guarantee
Please inspect your plants immediately upon
arrival.
If you believe your plants arrived in poor
condition, please take clear photos and contact us
within 72 hours of delivery.
We will evaluate the claim and, depending on the circumstances, offer either a
25%–100% refund or a
replacement plant.
Unfortunately,
no claims can be accepted after 72
hours from delivery.
Lost Packages
MagicOasis is
not responsible for packages lost by
the shipping carrier.
As a courtesy, we offer one of the
following options:

50% discount on
replacement plants based on the value of the original plant order, or
-
50% store credit toward a
future purchase.
