We ship by default via USPS Priority Mail and will provide a tracking number once the order has been dispatched.
Shipping and packaging are a flat rate of $22.95 USD per address.

During periods of colder weather, we will add insulation and use FedEx 2nd Day Shipping to help protect the plants. A tracking number will be provided once shipped.

Please inspect your plants upon arrival. If you believe a plant is unhealthy, please take photos and notify us within 72 hours of delivery. We will evaluate the plant’s condition and offer either a 25%-100% refund or a replacement plant, depending on the situation.
No guarantee will be provided after 72 hours from delivery.

If the carrier loses the package, we are not responsible for the loss. As compensation, we offer either:

• 50% off replacement plants from the original order, or
• 50% store credit toward a future purchase.
